ATHLETICS:

·         Congratulations to our varsity baseball team for their 17-7 win over St. Amant.  Today our freshmen baseball team will play at home against Episcopal at 6pm.

·         Congratulations to our Lady Cats softball team for their 14-8 win over East Ascension yesterday.

·         Our tennis team has a match today at Episcopal.

·         Congratulations to our JV track and field team for a great job at yesterday’s meet at Live Oak.  We had several PRs and 1st place winners.  Congratulations!

ALL STUDENTS:

·         Students, here is some fun lunch news regarding lunch tomorrow… Our District's Curbside Cafe' food truck will be at Walker High to offer our students another option for lunch.  Students can choose between eating inside the cafeteria or outside from the food truck tomorrow. The food truck will be located in the commons area and open during all lunch shifts. The food truck menu is:  Chicken Taco, Cheese Cup, Sour Cream, Tortilla Chips with homemade salsa, Street Corn, Fruit and Milk. This will happen on Thursday!

·         Macho Man players … don't forget about the meeting right after school in the Glenn Ellis gym! Also, if you have not paid, it is due today! If you have questions, please see Coach Hebert in 106 or Coach Rivero in 207! 

·         Prom News:

o   Prom e-tickets have been issued! We have discovered there were a few tickets that got confused in cyberworld.  Check your ticket to ensure your correct name is on your ticket.  If you have an issue, you’ll need to come to the annex during lunch or after school so we can get it corrected.  We will be checking names and IDs at the door so this needs to be correct. 

o   Those that are getting paper tickets can start picking them up at the annex during lunch.
