ATHLETICS:

·         Congratulations to our Lady Cats softball team for their win over Dutchtown yesterday.

·         Congratulations to the varsity baseball team for their 4-1 win over Prairieville.  Today JV & freshmen play at Prairieville starting at 4pm.

·         Congratulations to the Lady Cats golf team for their 2nd place team finish in yesterday’s match at Clark Park and to Evelynn Artieta who came in 2nd place.  The Lady Cats compete again today at Greystone.

·         Today, our tennis team has a match against Zachary.

ALL STUDENTS:

·         Today we are on a half-day schedule with an AM activity.

·         The Guidance office will be closed this week while school counselors work through scheduling information.  Teachers, please only send a student to Guidance if it is an emergency or if a counselor calls for the student.  Students may email counselors with any questions.

·         Students & Teachers: Our theater department will be presenting the musical “School House Rock” this week.  Productions are Thursday through Saturday!  Tickets are on sale at i2Tickets.com.

·         Juniors/Seniors:  Today is the last day to purchase your prom ticket for $25. After today, tickets go up to $30 each.  E-mails have been sent to EVERY clearance request. Check your email or visit the annex if you have questions!  There are a lot of “holds” because either you still owe fees or you didn’t do a clearance request.  Every WHS MUST pay all fees (student fees and library fees) and everyone must do a clearance request. 

·         Voting for Prom King & Queen will take place March 20-23. Ballots will be based on seniors that purchase tickets by tomorrow!  The finalists will be announced next week.

·         All driver’s ed spots for the summer session have been filled. They will not be accepting any more applications.
