· Congratulations to the following Lady Cats for making the District 5 Division I All-District Soccer Team: Catherine Beckman 1st Team; Emily Lentz 2nd Team and Isla Polk 2nd Team. Congratulations!
· There are several athletic events today …
o The boys’ basketball team will play away at Donalsonville. JV starts at 5:30pm, followed by Varsity.
o The JV baseball team plays away at Doyle at 6pm.
o The boys’ golf team has a match at Beaver Creek.

CONGRATULATIONS
· Congratulations to the MCJROTC Armed and Unarmed drill teams. Both teams will be competing in the Semi-Finals of the MCJROTC National Drill Championship for a chance to advance to the finals which will be held in Fredericksburg, VA. Congratulations cadets and good luck!
ALL STUDENTS:
· Today is homeroom day … when the bell rings at the end of 1st block you are to report to your homeroom class. Attendance will be taken.
· Today is the last day to order a Valentine’s Package from PJs or the Green & White Cookie Site.
· If you received an invitation from Mrs. Payne to participate in District Literary Rally on March 15, please remember to complete the Google Form provided on the invitation by this Friday, February 14th.
· The March Special Dress Friday button goes on sale today!!! The cost is $10 and payment is through the online school payment system. The deadline to purchase is Feb. 25th.
· Students, here is a chance to help others … our Special Education department is collecting prom attire for male and female SDA students through February 21st. They will have a prom on March 15th. These items can be brought to room 402 and are greatly appreciated.
· Students, you are reminded tomorrow, Feb. 13th, is a full of day. The professional development day originally scheduled for teachers was cancelled so tomorrow is a school day!
