THANK YOU:
· Thank you to our students and staff who helped and came out to support our special prom last Saturday night. Our students had a great time. Your support is greatly appreciated.
ATHLETICS:
· Today, the JV and freshmen baseball teams will play at home against Prairieville. JV is at 4pm, followed by Freshmen.
· The boys’ golf team will compete at Copper Mill.
· The tennis team will compete against Denham Springs at North Park.
· Congratulations to our E-sports Marvel Rivals Gold Team: James-Michael Myers, Bradley Morrison, Damien Norman, Jakeem Stewart, Charles Hankins, and Reid Almeida, for big win over Florence High School out of Alabama.
ALL STUDENTS:
· All students who plan to take Principles of Marketing 1 & 2 next school year are REQUIRED to complete the application & get 2 teacher recommendation letters completed. Students who do not complete these tasks will not be considered for the course. Packets can be found at the Wildcat Window. Applications should be turned in to the folder outside of Room 1014.
· Students & Teachers: Our theater department will be presenting the musical “School House Rock” March 20th-22nd. Tickets are now on sale at i2Tickets.com.
· This is the last week to sign up for the Macho Man boys’ volleyball tournament! Forms and online payment are due this Friday! For those who have already turned in their forms, you need to go online and complete your payment. For those who have not turned in their forms, you will not be allowed to play unless you get them turned in on time. You can turn forms into Coach Hebert in room 106, Coach Rivero in 207, or a volleyball player.
· Juniors/Seniors: You only have 3 days left to purchase your prom ticket for $25. The deadline for limited time tickets is Wednesday, March 19th. After Wednesday, tickets go up to $30 each. Don’t forget … everyone must do a clearance request and get approval before any tickets are released sometime at the end of this week. There are many prom tickets on hold. Check your email or visit the annex if you have questions!
· There will be one Driver’s Ed session in April and students will do the driving portion during the summer. CLASSES ARE LIMITED. ONCE THE CLASS IS FULL THE SESSION WILL BE CLOSED. The cost of this class is $400.00. The deadline is Thursday, April 24th unless the session fills up before that! More information can be picked up at the Wildcat Window or the Annex.
