ATHLETICS:
· Congratulations to our Indoor Track team for a great job at the meet at LSU.
· Regular after-school track practices have begun … everyone signed up for track should report immediately to the field after school. For those that owe paperwork, the deadline is tomorrow, Feb. 11th.
· Our Lady Cats softball team will play Slidell here at home today at 4pm!
· The JV and Varsity baseball teams will play away, at West Feliciana. JV starts at 4pm, followed by Varsity.
· The JV and Varsity boys’ basketball team will play away, at Amite. JV starts at 5:30pm, followed by Varsity.
· The boys’ golf team has a match at Webb Park. The Lady Cats golf team have matches at City Park and The Pines.
· Good luck to our Lady Cats and Wildcats today as we kick off spring sports!

· Don’t forget the deadline to purchase a Valentine’s Day package from one of our onsite stores is Wednesday, February 12th!! Valentine's Day packages are available at the Cookie Site and at PJs Coffee of Walker! NO OUTSIDE DELIVERIES ARE ACCEPTED at school so check out what is available at our onsite stores.
· Students, you are reminded that Thursday, Feb. 13th is a full school day. It was originally a teacher work day, but that was cancelled. Thursday is now a regular school day.
· We will be offering an ACT Bootcamp in 2 weeks!!! The dates are Wednesday, February 26 and Thursday, February 27, 2:45 - 4:45 pm. The cost is $50. The deadline to sign up is Friday, February 21st. You can sign-up through the school online payment system.
